"I wish I could leave zero stars. I took my son in for some testing, met with an already rude receptionist, now that I look at the reviews I should have never made the appointment in the first place. She states I was supposed to show up 30 minutes before the appointment, which I was never told to do. She walks away to see if the Doctor would still see us after arriving 15 minutes before the appointment thinking I was early. When she comes back she says ok it will be $250, I pull out my card to pay and she states it's cash only which again was never told to me. When I placed the appointment I was required to put my card on file incase I didn't show up to the appointment. Not only did she state loudly and rudely that she told me herself it was cash only and to show up 30 minutes early in front of a full waiting room she blurts out what we are there for. BLANTANT violation of the HIPAA laws protecting my son's privacy. I will be reaching out to the proper channels to report this violation. Not only is this cash only policy incredibly shady the staff that you have to deal with is not worth it. Please find somewhere else to go."
"I’ve been going here for years now. Dr. Murthy is a great doctor. Always looks out for my best interest. Only thing I’ve ever had a problem with is getting called on Friday night for video when my appt was on a Wednesday. But I understand there’s only 2 providers and a lot of patients. Other than that they helped me with a lot. Thank you guys"

"Dr. Murthy is incredibly knowledgeable in treating even the most complicated health issues. I have multiple autoimmune problems and since I’ve started seeing him, he has given me my life back! He is very understanding and compassionate and his superior knowledge in rare diseases make it so easy to talk to him and get the best treatments. I never believed it was possible for me to have a life without pain and I am forever grateful to him for giving me that! His PA Dr. Olivia is the best, she is very easy to talk to and very compassionate and knowledgeable as well. "Nobody has treated my needs and concerns as a patient better than this office has. I feel so seen and heard for once in my life I am so beyond happy I found them. I have never encountered a place that addresses everything like this. From the friendly receptions, the nurses nurse Amanda and Dr. Murthy and his sweet persona taking the time to listen so carefully and not rushed he is the most incredible knowledgeable doctor during each and every visit, aswell as Dr Kevin so kind and conveniently doing video visits. And more importantly, he explained the medical ailments (including the science behind it). "I’ve been under the care of Dr Murthy nearly a year and am extremely satisfied with him and his staff."
"Dr. Murthy is one of the most patient and brilliant doctors I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I have been struggling for 18 years trying to find the root cause to all of my pain and rare debilitating symptoms. I’ve been hospitalized 2-3 times a year for these things and all I have dealt with is condescending nurses and doctors saying I’m just fine and to stop looking for answers. At my end point of giving up, feeling lost and frustrated, I agreed to try a new clinic. Dr. Murthy sat with me for almost an hour and told me I have all the features of a certain rare disease. He got out all of his research books and highlighted stuff infront of me and told me what I probably had. I ran bloodwork and the results were confirmed with his diagnosis. I cried and thanked him. I strongly recommend this place. Be patient with the scheduling and wait times and front desk staff as they are doing stuff the right way and have the clinic set up for people who need the extra care."
